How to get my puppy to stop peeing inside / barking
Hi everyone! Like the title suggests my 16 week French bulldog male puppy has a problem peeing / pooping inside and on top of that barking.
He’s fairly potty trained, we leave the back door open for him throughout the day and he’ll go out and handle his business as he deems necessary but only if we’re in the room with him. The moment we leave the room or we don’t actively have our eyes on him he’ll pee and poop inside. On top of that we have our kitchen behind his play area so we can watch him as we make dinner or do dishes, but he’ll just bark and bark when we aren’t actively in his play area. We’ve tried ignoring him, picking him up and putting him in his kennel when he barks. Positive reinforcement works great but any negative reinforcement he refuses to listen too.
