Ricoh Meeting 360 Conference Camera Issue

So my management had me get a new conference room camera. We had an Owl which they loved. It’s becoming unapproved software in September and we don’t really use the software so not sure why they wanted to get something new this early or at all

The issue with the Ricoh Meeting 360 V2 is when you plug it into a computer that is on WiFi it acts as a NIC and won’t reconnect to the WiFi. Our staff can plug into an Ethernet cord and then they’re good but we have guests come in who can’t be on the network and can use the WiFi.

Now when a guest comes in they won’t be able to use the Ricoh because it’ll knock them off the WiFi.

I’ve been able to disable the Ricoh for our computers bc I have admin rights but I wish I could figure out how to make it not do it at all.

I used the software and you can’t disable it in it and I updated the firmware. Does anyone have any pointers?
