I’m trying to get a raise. I feel like I’ve done good work and spent a lot of time and I believe they’ve noticed. I currently get paid the lowest amount in the advertised range (which is pretty wide). How can I ask for a raise. Should I message the SPL directly? Or is that a stupid idea lol
