I received this plant as a gift. I don’t know a lot about indoor plans except that they have to be hard to kill if they are going to survive in my house. I think this is a Marxii Calathea. I’ve successfully kept it alive for 2.5 years now, but I’m wondering what to do about the fact that the stem/leaves have grown so much that they’re now drooping outward with weight? Note some brown leaves were just cut.

Is it sick? Do I need to repot it? Stake it? Let it droop naturally? Help! He seems unhappy like this.
