All that I know right now is I am growing indeterminant varieties with the exception of I believe two of them. What I was not prepared for was my kind and very helpful husband putting a fan in the seedling room like I had asked for but on full blast when it turned on. I know it was an accident. So when i did the first transplant…all my little tags weren’t yet in the cup because I had only
up potted 2 plants so far. I had taken them each and put them right on the side of each plant. I went overboard. I only started loving tomatoes recently. My whole life was a lie because I thought they were supposed to taste like mushy nothing. Anyway, so I’m growing one’s I loved the flavor of or the explanation of the flavor profile. I’m growing mostly indeterminate varieties.

Rebel star fighter prime
Black Sea Man
Great White

Shimmer
Sun sugar

2 others I know
Are labeled correctly.

They all are looking healthy. We just went from 50 degrees to 3 days of 90 degrees and humid back to 55 today in zone 6B where I am. The plants had been hardened off. Just this one plant. Can anyone tell what’s wrong? The plant is in a mix of pro mix, perlite, bone meal, pulverized egg shells into powder and worm castings. They are topped dressed with 1/3 inch of compost I made over the winter. I did get this netting for them. This discoloration was on the bottom half the first 90% day and then the next day I put these nettings around them and the top leaves are looking better. I don’t know about the netting. I thought that until they start flower at which point I’ll remove it. For now with the flies and other insects besides the lady bugs I have coming I thought maybe they could stay under them. I don’t know. I just don’t want to mess up lol. They are all container plants.

My 14 year old came home from school and asked what I knew about Hacky sack….so I said give me a half an hour.

I couldn’t run to my yarn stash quick enough. Oh it’sfar from perfect but none of the beans are coming out. It works and it feels right when I kicked it around. I forgot how much of a stress reliever these things were. My generation’s nee doh.

For 2 years I couldn’t grow a single radish but today that changes.

Always massive leaves and no radish. Finally I got one and it’s my favorite type. Maybe I’m not a complete failure at this. Everyone says how easy they grow. I wasn’t believing it but I must have done something right. I can’t believe how excited I am over a radish.
