We are about a month into owning a 1,600 gallon swim spa. I am having a very hard time keeping the water clear. I bought an HTH test kit and I’ve been testing the pH and the chlorine’s level. We have not been using it very much, if at all, until I get this water clear. I bought AquaDoc hot tub clarifier. I have done three applications now since it’s been a week. I put in a lot of chlorine about a week ago and despite zero use the chlorine level is pretty much gone and the water even had some scummy sides that I had to clean off. What am I missing?
PH looks normal
Chlorine looks a little low
Alkalinity is about 120
