Pain management during intercourse
Hey guys, I’m 25 and I just got diagnosed with possible stage 4 endo through ultrasound. I have 2 endometriomas on my left ovaries and 3 on my right. I also have endo on my bladder and some along my pelvic floor near my bowel (not confirmed just guessing by my pain when using the bathroom). I also had a hysterectomy last October for adenomyosis and excision.
Anyways, I got recommended the Ohnut and überlube (silicone based lube) (linked below) by my providers (PT and Endometriosis Specialist) and it is a game changer. Currently as I wait for surgery, intercourse is not painful with these. If anyone is having issues with pelvic pain during intercourse, I’d definitely recommend giving these a try.
