Overall, while i think the first is a classic, it would have been even better if the ending wans't so damn mediocre. Kind of letdown by the best villain of the franchise being beaten this way. Still, great movie and my go to when i want to see comic book films.
The second is a pretty bad movie. Has some fun moments tho. I like that the near-ending kind of realizes the movie is protective parent slop and goes all the way into Batman & Robin insanity with the turtles singing fucking Vanilla Ice. The scientist character was good, too
Third is still god-awful and no reedeming qualities. It's not even a good kids movie, but a terrible TMNT movie. It's just a terrible piece of art
