Why is backlog refinement shown in the middle of the sprint?

I saw this drag and drop question about a diagram of a typical sprint where the order is:

  1. Sprint Planning
  2. Daily Stand-ups
  3. Backlog Refinement (in the middle)
  4. Review
  5. Retrospective

What confused me is: why is backlog refinement placed in the middle of the sprint instead of at the beginning or at the end?

70% on SH mock but only 50% on AR Udemy, not sure how to interpret this

Hey everyone,

I just took my second Study Hall mock and scored 70% overall. Here’s the breakdown:

  • Easy: 49/49 (100%)
  • Moderate: 48/63 (~76%)
  • Difficult: 19/40 (~48%)
  • Expert: 5/23 (~22%)

When I exclude expert questions, my score is about 76%, which I think is closer to actual readiness.

What’s confusing me is that I recently took an Andrew Ramdayal mock on Udemy and scored around 50%, which is a big drop compared to SH.

I noticed the question styles between SH and AR feel very different with AR being so confusing for me.

Now I’m not sure, should I stick with Study Hall only since it's closer to the real exam?
Or should I diversify and practice more with other sources like Udemy mocks?

Would really appreciate advice from people who passed recently, especially how SH vs other mocks compared to the actual exam.

Thanks!

AR 200Q vs MD 150Q, which one would you choose?

If you had to choose between AR 200 practice questions or DM 150 questions (both ~6–7 hrs on YouTube), which one would you go with for PMP prep and why?

Looking for opinions on:

  • Quality vs quantity
  • Closest to real exam
  • Better explanations

Thank you in advance for your precious guidance

PMP question – when would YOU decide to terminate a project based on CPI/SPI?

I got this Study Hall question and it made me think about real-world thresholds.

The expected answer was to close the project and request a new one.

In your experience (or PMP prep), is there any “cutoff” for CPI/SPI where you’d realistically terminate a project, or is it always context-based?

Curious how others think about this, especially in real-world vs PMP exam scenarios.

Using Gemini to quiz yourself, same or rephrased Qs?

For anyone who used Gemini to get tested on the 200 tough questions from YouTube — did you ask it to repeat the questions word for word, or did you let it rephrase them?

I am looking for insights after my first mock exam on SH platform.

I was stressed, but overwhelmed halfthrough and just tired and want to finish ASAP by the end.

I scored 67%, haven't had the chance to review yet. I will be going through the missed Q to understand better the mindset.

What advice you could give me to improve my score and if 67% on mock exams enough to pass the real one

Any other Exam simulators or prep (questions) I could use to train myself on 180Q under 230 min
