What do you think? I did two tests.

Maybe just give me the exact name, I have to look if I can order them to Germany as here nothing exists with l.crispatus.

I think I am in the circle of spiraling.. had several back to back yeast infections after using fluomizil ( probably was unnecessary but recommend from obgyn due to a very small amount of e.coli without symptoms) and one course of antibiotics. We want to TTC end of the summer and worried it will come back. Last time a slight itching around clitoris started and I saw some kind of white stuff there, i decided to treat it blind once again with local creme for 2 weeks and 6 days of vaginally inserts ( never did it that exact and intense before). Probiotics now ( oral + vaginal) and all the other stuff like no baths, clothing and so on.

Woke up today one week after finishing the creme and there is a patch redness around the entrance and the left outer labia ( they are irritated since birth a year ago - everything has changed there). Not sure if it is just irritated or the beginning of yeast again.. ( I did use one insert with l. Acidophilus yesterday and it felt every time a bit irritating after that and I hope it i just that)

If this returns I will get a culture and probably try gynatren vaccine.. no ideas anymore. I am hesitating Long term fluconazol because it is not an option with TTC ..

There doesn’t seem to be l.crispatus vaginal. Anyone inserted the oral l.crispatus in the capsule for vaginale application and used it?
