Hi, I have a RTX 5080 and Amd 9800x3D build and a Ps5 pro and want to upgrade my MSI 1080p screen to a monitor that’s good for both.

The XG is currently on sale in my country for £800 but should I wait until the successor is coming as it will be Tandem and should have DP 2.1, or do you think the upgrades to Brightness and such are not going to be significant.

FYI I can still game on my LG C1 65 inch for my ps5 pro in the meantime but I want a monitor that can do both.
