so I've def struggled w/ cal banking like u think I've mentioned b4 but I've absolutely gotten so much better at eating more regularly and eating more thru-out the day in the last 2 months.
I've gotten incredibly light spotting a couple times in December, Jan, Feb but there's been like NOTHING past 2-3ish months and I am just in constant anticipation. like I have dreams about getting my period back lol.
self confidence in my body is def getting better, like they weren't lying when they said when you start eating more you'll start hating urself less. like idk I'm still objectively skinny-ish I think, so I might just be a bit in denial and idk the confidence might change when I gain more but at I dont wanna think abt it.
also last tine I got blood tests done, estriadol was at like 79 which is definitely too low and out of all ranges, bit it's confusing because it's alot lower than what it was at 144 about a year ago which is when I was alot worse off on alot of ways.
also just wanting to share a little win that I mentioned the ha to some if my friends the other day and they're genuinely just like the sweetest nicest people ever, so if u guys have friends that u feel like u can talk to, I promise it will make u feel so much better if u do.
but also on that note ha is so fricking common which is sad but also its hard to feel like you have an issue at all when ur not 'special'. but then also im just like girl you haven't had a period for like 600 days that's wild.
also should I be concerned abt bone density atp? I have a dr app 2 talk abt bloods on Thursday but idk my dr is pretty dismissive.
