Sageretia pruning

Sageretia theezans – did I prune it correctly? What shape should I aim for?
Hi everyone,
I’m looking for some feedback on my Sageretia theezans. The first photo is before pruning and the second photo is after.
My main question is: did I prune it correctly for this species?
I’m also unsure about the ideal future shape. Should I be aiming for a more rounded canopy, distinct foliage pads, a triangular silhouette, or something else?
I’d really appreciate feedback on:
whether I removed too much or too little foliage,
which branches you would still prune,
what the front of the tree should be,
and what overall design/style would suit this tree best in the future.
Thanks in advance for any advice!
