I'm a student at the University of Warwick (International Foundation Programme) researching how young UK adults perceive fairness and trust in AI-based credit scoring. The questionnaire takes 5–10 minutes and is fully anonymous.

**Eligibility:** Aged 18–25 AND currently based in the UK.

The survey uses Likert scales (1–7) covering trust, fairness, transparency, and your awareness of AI in banking. No financial details are collected.

Ethics approval has been granted by Warwick IFP. Participation is voluntary and you can close the form at any time before submitting.

I'm conducting a research project for the University of Warwick International Foundation Programme. Looking for UK adults aged 18–25 to complete a 5–10 minute anonymous questionnaire on trust and fairness in AI-based credit scoring.

Target: UK residents aged 18–25

Data storage: Responses are stored on University of Warwick OneDrive (two-factor authenticated) until end of academic year, then securely destroyed. All responses are anonymised. Withdrawal: You may close the form at any time before submitting. Once submitted, responses cannot be withdrawn as they are anonymised.

Consent: Participation is voluntary. Full participant information leaflet is provided at the start of the form.
