Period lost again
Hey, im in recovery and had my period 3 times so i was really happy but this month my period didn’t come…
Do you have tips or ideas why its not coming.
Is this happened of one of you ?
(Sorry for my bad english, im french)
To give context, im 169cm for 60kg, im walking about 1800/1900 calories per day.
And 3 times a week running for 30minutes.
All the calculators tell me to eat around 2000 calories per day but at 1800/1900 i feel im gaining fat.
When i loste period i was around 1600/1700.
Do you have any advices pls??
