NEED HELP TO FIND A MOVIE

I've been trying to find this movie for a while. All I've ever found are just websites like Letterboxd and TheMovieDB that just shows the review of this movie and nothing else. Nowhere to watch it, nowhere to download it, nowhere to stream it. Here's the synopsis if yall are interested

"Reiko is a sex robot programmed to accumulate sexual experience. She goes through seven body types to experiences a variety of couplings. She returns to the company to download her accumulated info and escape from their control."

Renpy might've fucked me

I was sailing the high seas trying to download cyberpunk in fitgirl. After downloading and opening the file, I noticed it says renpy and remembered someone in the fitgirl subreddit warning people that it's malware. I immediately deleted everything. BUT

Once I deleted it, my windows defender immediately detected a Trojan warning so I removed it using Windows defender. Thinking it would be okay.

Later this morning, I got a notification on my pixel saying someone is trying to get into my emails and that I should change my passwords. And I did. I went on my laptop and deleted all temporary files and did 3 or 4 times scanning with Windows defender.

But, my laptop still feels sluggish. It feels slow and tabs won't open quickly. I have debloated windows and used brave as my main browser

Am I cooked?
