We had our interview on may 14 and today under documents, I saw the I-130 approval letter, but the status of the case for both me and my husband say “actively being reviewed” - has this happened to anyone?
***I know the I-130 will get approved before the I-485. But the I-130 is still saying actively being reviewed even though I can see an approval letter has generated***

Interviewed today, May 14
We had our interview today and it went smooth. Our field officer was awesome and said based on our file alone he will recommend it for approval as soon as possible. I am the petitioner for my husband who is from Russia but has been here since he was 9 on student visas & work visas. The officer said his fingerprints were sent for the extra level of security on 5/10 and once he gets the clear, he can recommend it for approval.
Based on what our attorneys have told us, we aren’t getting our hopes up for things to move quickly from here, but praying for the best.
We weren’t too stressed about the interview because we’ve been together for so long that there was nothing to hide or any questions we wouldn’t be able to answer, but we didn’t get asked even 1 question.
Only posting because we have been living on Reddit reading about other peoples journeys, so hopefully we get good news soon and can be of help to someone else!
