Hi everyone, I ended up withdrawing from school in fall 2025 because of financial hardships, and recently got an alert that my credit scores dropped significantly because I was 90 days past due on mohela repayments. Mohela didn’t send me any emails or calls about repayments, and I’m not sure what to do. I was told that I can call and ask to defer the payments, but I wasn’t sure if it was too late to do so since it’s already impacted my credit score. I’m also planning to re-enroll in the fall, and am curious how that would affect it as well. Any advice would be helpful.
