Does anyone wear a liner in permanent dentures?

Do people wear a liner in the permanent dentures? I’ve always had one in my temps and I was wondering if it’s gonna be hard to get adjusted to the hard acrylic and if I should just plan on using a soft or silicone reline liner . Thanks

Wax molds fit but totals do not

So I got fitted with my wax molds a few weeks ago and they looked and felt great. There wasn’t alot of suction in the top (implants in bottom) . I have now went back 3 times for permanents and the top hasn’t had suction at all. Anyone else felt with this ? The teeth look great they just don’t stay at the top. My immediate teeth were fine however I did have a liner .
