Legal Service Recommendations for Contract Templates

I am starting my consultancy and am looking for something deeper than free templates to ensure I’m completely covered. I’m being cost conscious with startup costs, and I know this can get pricey. Did you utilize any online services or did you go local?

Looking for:

Master Reusable Consulting Services Template with SOW
Mutual NDA

Might need privacy policy and website terms of use too, I’m unsure. This is a B2B consultancy, website does have a form intake that feeds directly into my CRM.

Thank you in advance for any advice and recommendations.

Banking for 2 Person Consulting Firm

Starting a new consultancy firm with another partner who is based in another state than I am.

Looking for reccos on banking options.

Requirements:
- No monthly fees
- Virtual debit card creation
- Xero integration
- There if something goes wrong and not non existent support

I like the look of Mercury, and I understand they are Fintech and the FDIC insurance is through partner banks.

I’ve also looked into what appears to be a newer bank, Grasshopper Bank, that has the FDIC charter themselves.

Any experience with these, or other options with positive experiences?

CRM for Startup Consultant Firm (2 Partners)

Location: USA

I've searched previous threads, but couldn't find someone in a similar situation to me.

I'm venturing out in my industry to consult, and I'll have a business partner. Currently sifting through an economical CRM for launch, and then grow into something higher powered depending on the business.

My preference is not to have 3-4+ different apps to go to for various things - so an all in one would be ideal.

What I'm looking for:

  • Simple CRM System (email tracking, file storage w/ample space, customizable contact fields)
    • Our current email setup is via Namecheap (PrivateEmail.com) - so the email needs to integrate w/IMAP rather than simply just a Gmail or Outlook integration
  • Time Tracking linked to each project
  • Native Invoicing
  • Proposal & Contract Generator w/digital signature capture
  • Bonus points for:
    • Email marketing campaigns (to avoid a separate mail chimp, etc subscription)
    • Higher or no limit for active clients (ex: Plutio starter limits to 9 active clients at a time)
    • Ideal budget: $50 or less per month (yes, I know - this is tough, but the first 12-18 months will be proof of concept, and then we can upgrade to a higher tier and cost)

Thank you in advance for your input.

Street Parking - Riverside / Avondale

Every other city I’ve lived in, street parking is limited to one side of the street. Why in Riverside and Avondale can both sides be used for street parking which effectively takes it down to a one way street and pulling in between parked cars to let others pass? It’s wild to me.

EV SUV - Florida - Broker Search

I have 6 payments left on my 2023 Kia EV6 GT Line. I’m looking for a reputable broker in Florida who can help me secure my next lease.

Remaining lease terms:
Lease Maturity Date: 01/28/2027
Residual Value: $30,164.75
Current Buyout/Remaining Payments: ~$4,100

Sitting at 15K miles now, by lease end it might be at 18K.

Next lease I’m looking for an EV SUV, it doesn’t have to be Kia if broker has a relationship and can work a deal with another brand that won’t kill me in term fees, etc.

Kia EV9 would be easiest, but open to others (no Tesla’s).

Who have you worked with? Or, if you’re a broker - drop me your website to review and I’ll be in touch.

Note: I’m located in Jacksonville. Have tier 1 credit & want to be sub $600 month after taxes (preferably in the $500 range though).

Who's Using Plus? Worth It?

I've been thinking of upgrading to plus. For those of you who have upgraded, is it worth it? How is the forecasting feature? I also saw it includes will creation - has anyone used that? From a cost perspective alone - for the upgrade price it would be less than Trust & Will.

My Monarch use:

- Single income, no dependents
- 401K, IRA, and Taxable Linked along w/numerous cash accounts
- Not a business owner, however I do track reimbursable work expenses that I put on my personal card
- Overall I use this for cash flow / transaction monitoring moreso than the true budgeting feature to give me a single view across all my finances.
- Forecasting & will creation is what interests me most about Plus

Thank you
