I started cold outreach in July and have sent nearly 200 carefully researched emails to selected companies. So far, I have received only one reply, and the conversation went nowhere afterward. I understand that B2B sales cycles can be long, especially across different countries, but I am beginning to question whether my results are normal. For those doing international outbound sales, how long did it take before cold email started producing meaningful conversations? Did you improve results through better targeting, follow-ups, deliverability, messaging, or simply persistence? I would appreciate honest experiences, especially from people selling technical or industrial products internationally.
