I have been living in this city for the past 3 years. And trust me on this, the city never felt this silent and dead to me in these 3 years. And no it's not because of the rain. Unless there is a cyclone or a flood, there would always be a delivery guy on a scooter or a car running around. But today there is none at all. Not even a distant of car or a scooter or a man walking around.

It almost feels like a scary, isolated haunted place!!
