Hi guys, I’m about to get on a flight in a few hours and I am terrified, I’ve read all the forums etc. but I just can’t get it out of my head. I’ve flown countless times and as a kid I loved it, it’s only since becoming an adult I get in my own head. For example it’s now raining and bad weather in my area and I’m scared that’ll cause turbulence which i also hate haha. Any advice for a nervous flyer ☺️
