How do people still have energy to game after a full-time job?

So I’ve got a 9 to 7 job, 6 days a week. My commute is only around 15 minutes, so that part isn’t too bad, but after work I still feel pretty exhausted most days. Not every single day, but definitely often enough. I've usually 6 offs in a month .

What I genuinely wonder is that how are people managing to play games after coming home from work? Especially story games or competitive games like Valorant , CS etc. that need focus and energy. By the time I get home, sometimes I just feel mentally drained and end up scrolling on my phone instead.

How do you guys cope with the exhaustion after work and still have energy for gaming or hobbies?

I’m currently earning around 26k–30k per month on average. I'm 24 year old guy. Thankfully, I don’t have to pay rent, so my main expenses are electricity, water bills, food, and daily necessities. Some days I eat at the office, and other days I cook myself.

Because of that, I’m able to save around 20k–22k every month consistently. Also I deposit monthly in PPF, SIP, Mutual fund , RD etc . Financially, I know that sounds decent for my current situation and age, but I still keep worrying about the future. Sometimes I feel like I may not end up “well established” after a few years, even though I’m saving regularly.

I don’t know if this anxiety is normal or if I’m actually behind in life financially. Would genuinely like to hear honest opinions from people who’ve been through a similar phase.
