I already see quota system as an unfair system and very biased towards minorities or whoever gets quota. In today's world, Where everyone is demands equal rights, at the same time some minorities are demanding quotas in the name of Dalits, Handicapped and Genders . If we all think everyone is equal, why don't they come with their individual brilliance and get the reservation? Why do they need quotas to get seats? Why are they stealing other deserving candidate seats? Why don't they come from their own brilliance?

I think everyone should come through free and fair selection. Even if the minorities get most of the seats or none of the seats.

Equality should mean equal oppourtunity not guaranteed advantage.
