Hi everyone,

I recently ordered a product through an online platform, but the item delivered was in very poor condition and clearly below acceptable quality standards.

I contacted customer support and requested a return/refund, but my request was rejected without any proper explanation. They did not provide any resolution or take responsibility for the issue.

I feel this is unfair and possibly against consumer rights, especially since the product delivered was defective.

I would really appreciate any guidance on:

What legal options I have in this situation

How to file a complaint through consumer forums or other authorities

Any effective way to escalate this issue
