Can anyone give me a hand with trying to get batman arkham origins to work on xbox 1s disc i bought the game erliear today and my xbox isnt reconising disc 1 and disc 2 is saying this game isnt playable here

Any tips on how to get it to work as this is the only arkham game i havent played
