Over the last few months I’ve been building WacheIt, a developer workflow tracking system designed for modern AI-assisted coding.

Instead of only tracking editor time, it combines IDEs, AI CLIs, browser workflows, projects, consistency graphs, live focus sessions, and AI-assisted workflow insights into one realtime dashboard.

It supports workflows across Cursor, VS Code, Claude CLI, Gemini CLI, browser AI tools, and project-based tracking with live websocket updates, shareable profiles, rolling consistency ranks, and workflow composition analytics.

The goal was to build something that tracks how developers actually work today instead of pretending everything happens inside a single editor.

Its pro-only dynamic rank system uses a 54-day rolling window where ranks rise or decay based on continuous consistency, not lifetime hours, pushing developers to protect momentum and stay disciplined.
