I run my cardstock into it for tickets but if I put the perf unit on the tickets (1 3/4 tall) get stuck. What am I missing? Is the perf unit not working or do I have to do something to make the unit pull the tickets through the machine and not jam up at the exit? is there a software setting? I can't find any documentation for the perf unit anywhere...
