Hi, I'm from Germany, my fiancé and I are waiting to get the K1 approved. As that can take a while, I'd like to keep visiting him. My next visit is scheduled in August. Our lawyer told us, a visit with ESTA is legal and the risk of getting rejected at the border are minimal, yet we would advise not to visit to be 100% safe. Do you guys have any tipps or experiences with visits during the K1 process that you could share?
