The Rio Grande watershed is in for a tough one it the monsoon rains don’t come this Summer. The fish are eating like it’s late June. With full bellies at 300 cfs, we are seeing insect activity usually seen in a month, and usually the water is too heavy for the fish to look up. Not this year, although these were caught subsurface.
