Is 10000 steps a day actually necessary?
I used to think walking didn't really make a big difference for health, but recently I find that walking for 15 minutes after lunch and dinner actually help with my digestion and I don't feel as bloated afterward.
Right now I probably average around 6000-7000 steps a day. Is it enough? Should I increase to 10000 steps a day?
