Comprei ingresso pro tour do estádio do Real Madrid, mas acabei selecionando a data errada (dia 23 em vez de 24 de maio).

Vi nos termos que não é possível fazer alterações depois da compra, mas queria saber se alguém aqui já passou por isso e conseguiu mudar mesmo assim.

O suporte ajudou de alguma forma ou é basicamente impossível?

I recently bought tickets for the Real Madrid stadium tour, but I accidentally selected the wrong date (May 23 instead of May 24).

I saw in their terms that changes aren’t allowed after purchase, but I was wondering if anyone here has been in a similar situation and managed to change the date anyway?

Did customer support help at all, or is it basically impossible?

Any advice or shared experiences would really help 🙏
