Is it a good idea if I pursue an advance masters degree in Chem.E in UK after my bachelor's in Chem.E?

My 3rd year of chemical engineering is going to start soon, so to all the chemical engineers or fellow students out there, what are the stuff I need to concentrate on the most to do well in academics and also increase my chances of landing a job after a postgraduation degree? (Overall)
