Aldi Pork Schnitzel

The breading isn't seasoned, and the cooking instructions can be intimidating, but it makes a pretty good sandwich. It's ground pork with a saltine cracker coating that crisps up nicely. I had it on a sub bun with mustard, lettuce, and tomato.

Aldi's Apple Studel

It's German week at Aldi. This cost just $3.49 and comes with 2 decent sized strudels. The apples are tart and slightly sweet with a flaky crust. There are raisins and cinnamon, but you don't taste them very much. I definitely recommend them at this price. It's not technically a dinner, but it complimented the pork schnitzel sandwich I made
