Throw or repair? (Jordan 6 Gatorade, White and Orange)

I’m cleaning my shoe collection and boxes that have stocked up and found my old Jordan 6 Gatorade, the white and orange colorway. The midsole has crumbled but the outsole is pretty good and intact. Should I throw this out or find a buy3r for dirt cheap so they could repair it on their own? My worry about it is beads the damage, I likely won’t be able to sell it because it’s a UK 5.5 size

The rest of the shoe is in pretty good shape imo. I would keep it but I have completely changed my wardrobe thru the years and rarely wear any of my Jordans. Any advice would be appreciated. Attached photos for reference
