I have a question on which insurance I need. My husband and I have an LLC run from home, taking on clients for structural engineering projects. We contract out to a Professional Engineer to sign and seal the drawings. Would we need professional liability insurance ourself for the LLC, or does professional liability insurance cover the specific licensed engineer? Would the signing engineer need the insurance?
