Possibly Getting Scammed

This is my first time using Reddit to post, so I’m not sure if I’m doing this right. But I need some advice from other writers, and maybe even agents if any are here.

I just recently queried an agent at a well-known and reputable agency, and I was surprised when I heard back from a different agent from the same agency. I asked if the agent I queried had passed on my project and turned it over to him, but he didn’t answer. I was responding to his questionnaire, so he may have missed that. We began emailing back and forth until I was asked to send my full manuscript. Within an hour, I got a very detailed response, with bullet points, praising me for how good it was. But the message itself read like (artificial) wrote it, and there’s no way he read the whole book in one hour. Worst case scenario, if this is (artificial), or a scam, how bad is it for me that they have my full manuscript? Can they publish it before I do? How screwed am I?
