basically a friend wanted to gift me a tank and I like playing aggressive in most cases. went through the prem store & I am at a crossroads and have to choose from these two. Seeking opinions from fellow commanders. Thanks.

Should we expect another special BP this season? Sorry was away from the game for a while. Not sure if i should be pointmaxing my tier VIs. Thanks.
