I've tried following instructions for the game to loading I keep loging in out ea.com and them I got to accounts.ea.com.connect pressing F12 but when cookies then remid and adding the code and pressing play online mod it keeps saying its expired and I've login so many times it still wont work

I can't load Sims 4 online mode but it saying remid is expired every and I've try reloging in but it still the same remid as I reenter the log in
