I'm looking to transfer my lease in Yonkers asap. There is 1 year and 3 months left locked in at this rate. Move in is the first week of May. It's a beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with hard wood floors, a dishwasher, and a big balcony on the 3rd floor of a 5 story building. Pets are allowed! Master bedroom has 1 deep closet and full bathroom with a shower stall. Bedroom 2 has 2 closets, and there are 3 hall closets, so there is plenty of storage. Elevator, laundry room, and live in super. Maintenance requests and payments via their app. We are in the middle of packing, so the pictures have all our stuff in it. I will share pictures with people who are seriously interested. I also have a video of the unit below ours while it was being renovated. It'll be professionally cleaned after we move out.
