As the title says, I am trying to find a good Jasmine tea for drinking in large quantities. I'm a big fan of Ito En Jasmine, but while I was in Japan last year I was able to find one that was called "relax" by ito en and it blew me away. I fell in love with it. Buying bottles here are so expensive at around $2.50 a bottle, so I wanted to start brewing it in gallons from loose leaf if possible because I drink a lot of it . I also want tea that doesn't have bad stuff in it and I can't say what that is since that apparently breaks the rules? I like oolong, sencha, and white tea, but Jasmine is by far my favorite and I just don't know that much about tea to know a good brand. The only organic ones I could really find were Republic of tea and they seem sort of gimmicky and overpriced but I could be wrong. Any help is appreciated.
