Hi, this is day 4 of extraction and im finally able to open my mouth enough to look inside and take a picture. I was surprised to see a stitch so far away from the extraction and i was wondering if this was an accidental tear or it was a deliberate choice, like to help extract the tooth without bone drilling? I didn't see how far the stitch was before otherwise i would have asked my surgeon.
