I'm gonna explain myself though since I never saw anyone using a build like this (and I kind of love ranting :P).

So, I love DECOY, I think it's a very underrated ability that almost no one uses.

So I had a build that was just purely buffing the decoy with both CDR and decoy damage with Sentinel Hype in the lead.

The thing is it was kind of harsh, even if it could stall enemies forever, the damage perks for it are useless, they do close to nothing and the vampirism modifier killed it completely.

My brain also happened to love Plasma Pulse and Flutter (I ADORE those rift butterflies and the overall ability), but her best loadout felt a bit unreliable and hard to make work, plus it had a lot of survivavility issues.

Also, not long ago, I saw a video about someone using a cyberclops build buffing both the Teddy and the Shock Tower, and my brain exploded (I'm an endgame player 134 power and I somehow never thought of it lol).

Later, I went: Wait, what If I combine Decoy and Plasma pulse? WAIT, WHAT IF I COMBINE DECOY AND PLASMA PULSE?

It was actually beautiful, decoy solved almost every survivavility issue, since husks don't attack you, Decoy grouping makes Plasma pulse freaking S tier and Flutter in support still does a shit ton of damage without sacrificing the best Leader:

Controller Harper is PERFECT for the lead, it reduces the Decoy CDR, which math favors more than Sentinel Hype for 2 seconds, AAAAND Harper has BULL RUSH instead of Rosie, which makes better use of Happy Holidays and works better in this mobile loadout (and stopping smashers is always great value).

So, I took away all 3 damage perks for the decoy and kept the build like in the image + Flutter

And, after playing this in 160s and ventures for some weeks, I LOVE IT, it works both for going around the map and defending objectives since it protects an entire spawn and YOUR B.A.S.E. STILL EXISTS.

Your biggest counters would be nature enemies, beehives and the damage pits modifier since they don't really allow you to use flutter effectively enough.

For healing, just adrenaline rush + healing traps is enough, and you can swap the drop for anything else or air strike (which also works beautifully with decoy, but with plasma pulse it becomes more secondary).

I really encourage everyone that came this far to give this one a try or two if you have the heroes, the time or the energy for it.
