He has never initiated a positive interaction with me and only speaks to me if I have made a mistake. He emails me about exactly what I have done and makes it sound as bad about me as possible. He doesn't give me a single attaboy about my achievements or those of my students and didn't bother to show up to our events... though he rarely misses a sporting event. He is a petulant child, while masquerading as a benevolent leader. Everyone sees that he's Ronald Mc Donald, including students and I am sick of it. How do you handle a principal who seems to hate you at every turn?
