I switched from Prozac to Effexor 37.5mg 4 days ago. I haven’t experienced any side effects except constipation so far. Today I suddenly broke out in intense hives on my neck, hands, and feet. I took Benadryl which helped but I’m nervous they’ll come back or it’ll turn into anaphylactic shock. Has anyone else experienced hives or itchy skin this soon after starting? I sent my psychiatrist a message but it can take up to 24hrs for a response.
