Need help
I am looking for advice on open-source intelligence methods to speed up the process of finding a family member who has unexpectedly gone missing.
They have been completely offline for almost a day, which is highly unusual. The official channels and authorities have been notified, but due to a high volume of cases, the process is moving slower than it needs to. Time is a critical factor here because the person has serious health issues.
Since their last known location was a business center/private medical facility with its own security, I am trying to figure out what legal and public resources can be checked.
Are there any ethical OSINT methodologies, tools, or public databases that can help gather info or look into recent digital activity in such emergency scenarios? Any guidance on standard crisis response workflows would be greatly appreciated.
