I'm a native Taiwanese returning to Taiwan after completing my Business degree in Canada (UBC if this information is relevant). I'm interested in teaching English in Taiwan when I return but I can't seem to find informations with similar situation like myself. Unfortunately, my Chinese is not the best in writing but well enough to have a normal conversation with another native chinese speaker.

What teaching route can I pursue in my current situation? Should I try to obtain the Taiwanese teaching license or is there a more direct route that can land me a English teaching position in public school/private schools?
