Marriage License Appointment
Maybe someone has had a similar experience and can help me. I initially filled out an application and received an application confirmation number with the intention of scheduling a virtual marriage license appointment, but there were no appointments available. Found out through Reddit that it was actually much easier to make in-person license appointments. I found a time immediately and made that appointment.
My question is: do I need to fill out a new application for this appointment, or can I use the one I originally had for the online appointment? It’s the exact same application form online, but I also can’t seem to cancel the first application or cancel the request to schedule a virtual appointment. It’s so unclear and I don’t want to risk my appointent being canceled. I’ve tried calling the city clerk’s office 4 times and have yet to get anyone on the line.
