Hey I’m m20 and a year back I had a breakup due to my mishap. Used to be a terrible manipulator and a lier. Got what I deserved and now looking forward to make new friends as I was completely off social media, barely met my friends. Was completely stuck with family and over 4 months of peak depression

My ex happened to expose me and all my lies on her social media and I ended up in such a situation where even my relatives happened to know about all of this
